The Preferred Plus Next-Business-Day Whole Unit Exchange option offers an economically priced extended service plan, covering your product with the same features as the original limited warranty. This Extended Service Plan features a whole unit exchange replacement shipped via priority service to quickly get your product back up running.
Plans can be purchased anytime that you are covered under the Epson limited warranty or Epson extended service plan. This plan provides 1-year Next Business Day, Whole Unit Exchange per the terms and conditions of the plan. The plan is available for purchase in 1-year increments for a maximum of 2 years (you may purchase 2 years of the plan all at once or you may purchase the plan on a year-to-year basis for 2 years giving you up to 5 years of total coverage).
Limited warranty for the 12000XL and 13000XL Series is 1 Year. Plans are available in 1- or 2-Year increments for a maximum coverage of 3 years.
