I ordered this printer last year for an event with Santa. I wanted to print instant. I printed 4x6s. It was very fast and easy to use the email feature also. The choice was 4x6 prints or a digital image emailed. I had to turn my camera to Med instead of Large files (24MP) so the emails would send out. No problems with that. The colors on the prints are great. I am planning on buying another 620A printer to offer 5x7 prints along with 4x6 prints from the first printer. The software that I purchased to compliment this printer is Darkroom Core. It works perfect together. I also print instant at Proms, Homecoming Dance and other events. I will never go back to the old way, once the prints are printed, I am done with that event and dont have to return to deliver the prints. I would HIGHLY recommend this printer. - APO orders to Government customers are billed at $2 per pound minimum.
- We can only ship to addresses in the United States.
- Orders shipped in Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
- UPS charges a fee of $18 for an address change made after an order is placed.

Shipping Limitations on Certain Products
Chemicals and glue orders will not ship in air temperatures under 18 degrees Fahrenheit. Control Strips are cold and are shipped with a cold pack. We recommend you choose Overnight or 2Day shipping to maintain the temperature during shipping. If Control Strips are not shipped Overnight or 2 Day, Pakor will not honor a product return.
All hazardous shipments are subject to an additional handling charge and cannot be shipped via air. Additional fees will be charged if there is a requirement for: hazardous chemical fees, lift gates, inside deliveries or delivery appointments or where deliveries are made to limited access or residential areas.
UPS Ground Transit Times
We ship most orders via UPS Ground from our Dallas, TX warehouse. The map below shows estimated delivery times (in business days) from Dallas to most states. All delivery times are estimated and a transit day is a business day which excludes weekends and holidays. For Saturday delivery, you must call our office to complete your order. 214-342-9290.
Saturday Delivery
UPS and FedEx can deliver on Saturday if you choose it as a delivery option. Even if you use services like UPS Next Day Air®, you must select Saturday Delivery. Otherwise, the parcel will be delivered on the next business day. Special Note: Both carriers do NOT guarantee a delivery time before 11:00 p.m. on Saturday deliveries.
Epson Media Shipping
Orders for Epson Ink and Paper (and other inkjet printer supplies) usually ship from a network of 20+ warehouses located across the country. We will try to ship your order from the closest warehouse that has stock.

Freight Shipments
Our relationship with UPS affords us a discount with UPS Freight which we pass on to our customers. However, UPS Freight still charges for the following services:
- Lift gate: $75
- Military delivery: $100
- Notification delivery: $50
- Residential delivery: $100

International Shipments
If you would like Imaging Spectrum to ship outside of the United States, please follow these steps:
- Select products you wish to purchase at www.imagingspectrum.com
- Calculate the total weight of the products you wish to purchase using the information on the website.
- Contact a freight forwarding company. A couple of examples would be www.schenker.com and www.miq.com We can ship to the freight forwarding company for you if they are in the continental United States.
- Contact Imaging Spectrum for wire form and instructions, then wire the total order amount plus $20 processing fee to our bank.
- Contact Imaging Spectrum with your order and include your shipping instructions, we will create a sales order, and contact you once we have received the wire transfer.
- Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties.

- There is no warranty available for products shipped internationally.
- We provide no repairs/tech support for international orders.
