I Updated My Snap Lab Firmware - Now What?

Sony recently released a firmware update for the Snap Lab UPCR10L. (Read our earlier blog post about it here.) With the new firmware installed the Snap Lab can now print with Sony's Pro Matte finish. By the way, the Pro Matte finish looks great! The new firmware also enables the Snap Lab to print 4x8's, popular for photo greeting cards. Since the update was released, we have had many customers call us after installing the new firmware to ask "Ok, where is the Pro Matte option?" So here is a little video to show you how.
