DNP has released updated firmware and drivers which enable the DNP DSRX1 to print two - 2x6 strips on a 4x6 sheet - great for Photobooths!
If you own a DNP DSRX1 and would like to produce 2x6 strips follow this procedure. (If you don't have one, we have plenty in stock!)
First, make sure you have firmware version 1.10 (or later) and driver version 1.1.0.0 or later. If not, you can download the new firmware and drivers here.
Once you have the new firmware and driver loaded, here is how to set up your DSRX1 to print two 2x6 strips:
Click on the DS-RX1 driver
Click on Printer in the top left corner
Scroll down and click on properties
In General tab click on Printing Preferences (In Windows 7 it is only called Preferences)
Under Layout Click Advanced (see screen shot below)
Set Paper Size to (PR (4x6)
Under Printer Features Go to 2 inch cut: and change to (Enable (Printer V1.10 or later)
Click OK, Apply, OK and OK again
You should now be in business. If you have any questions please feel free to email techsupport@imagingspectrum.com
