Chris Breeze has been very busy developing new versions of his signature photobooth software. DSLRRemote 2.5 is now out and 2.5.1 was just released 3 days ago. Some of the new features:
Added support for the Canon EOS-1D X
Added the ability to use movies to animate photobooth screens
Added post processing options in photo booth mode for easier website and social networking site uploads*
Added fast resize option in photobooth mode - provides faster print processing with minimal reduction in image quality
Added options to reprint photo booth photos after an event
Added double strip of three and single strip of three layout options to the photobooth preset layouts and setup wizard
*This is a common request for uploads and much easier than using HotFolderPrints. Here are instructions for using this feature:
In Photobooth Settings, Under Output Options is a new button for Settings next to Output:
This screen will open and then set your options:
