This warranty is offered free of charge to Mitsubishi printer owners in the U.S. In a nutshell, if your printer goes down within 12 months of purchase Mitsubishi will send you a replacement unit. Mitsubishi's ERA program ensures that a working replacement unit is shipped to you within 24 hours for overnight, next business day delivery (where available), allowing you to continue with your business operation with minimal downtime.
