What's your story? Tell us about your business.
At Glow Up Photo Booth, we believe a photo booth should be more than just a fun corner at an event, it should be an experience that helps people feel glow-worthy. Our business was built with the intention of turning quick flashes into lasting feelings; laughter that lingers, confidence that radiates, and moments that become unforgettable memories.
What makes us different is the heart we put into every experience. Our booths aren’t just eye-catching setups, they’re reflections of joy, connection, and self-expression. We design each event with care, creating space for people to feel gorgeous, grounded, and celebrated exactly as they are.
As the owner of Glow Up, I bring over 15 years of experience in the event world, from weddings and hospitality, to non-profit work and community events. Most of my background has been rooted in the wedding industry, so when I first launched Glow Up, I naturally expected that’s where I’d focus most. But what surprised me (and lit me up in the best way) was how meaningful it has been to serve all kinds of celebrations, grand openings, holiday celebrations, anniversaries, fundraisers, and corporate events. There’s something really powerful about showing up for local businesses and non-profits, helping them create unforgettable experiences that leave an impact on their guests.
Guests walk away from our booths not just with a photo in hand, but with a spark in their heart. That’s the glow we aim to ignite, the kind that lives beyond the event, and our clients feel that. They love the creativity, the customization, and the way we show up with energy and intention to make every moment special.
Tell us about a particular event you’re proud of.

It’s hard to choose just one, every event we’re part of holds a special place in my heart. But if I had to highlight one, I’d turn to the work we do through our Glow Up Giveback Program. Supporting local non-profits is a core part of our mission, and through this initiative, we’ve been honored to give back thousands of dollars each year to organizations doing incredible work in our community.
One event that especially lights me up is the annual fundraiser for our local Childhood Cancer Foundation. This organization provides life-changing support to families walking the hardest roads, and it’s been a joy to bring multiple photo booth experiences to their event each year. Seeing kids and families light up in front of the camera even for just a moment reminds me why we do this.
How has it been working with Imaging Spectrum and Darkroom Software?

When I first started Glow Up, I sourced media from a few different places, but once I experienced the level of care, responsiveness, and genuine support from the Imaging Spectrum team, I moved all of my business over to them. They’ve consistently delivered top-tier customer service, and I can say with full confidence that I always feel supported.
I have to give a special shoutout to Steve Behen, who not only answers questions quickly, but will literally pick up the phone even when he is on vacation and personally walk me through a solution if something isn’t working quite right. That kind of above-and-beyond service means the world to me and makes such a difference when running a small business.

What printers and software do you use?
At Glow Up, we proudly use multiple DNP DS620A printers, they’re our go-to for every event and have proven to be incredibly reliable, fast, and consistent. When it comes to software, we run our booths using a combination of Darkroom Booth and Snappic. Each platform brings unique strengths to the table, and together they allow us to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience every time. Whether it’s a luxury wedding or a large corporate event, this setup helps us ensure every guest walks away with a photo (and memory) they absolutely love.
