If your DNP DS620 ribbon error light is flashing, you may need to update your firmware. In fact, it is always a good idea to keep your firmware up to date.
It's easy to do!
- Download the FW from here, https://dnpphoto.com/Portals/0/Resources/DS620_v4.33_FW_Update_Windows_Sep24.zip
- Extract the file
- Choose 64bit or 32(86)bit depending on your computer. It will show the current FW, and the new one to install
- Click start. it will take a minute or 2
- It will show End when done, then just click End
