30 Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

In order to ensure quick turn-around for your return, we ask you that obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us prior to returning your purchased item(s). Please use our convenient Online Return Request Form to initiate the return authorization process.

Imaging Spectrum is happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase on items that are new and unused with the original manufacturer’s packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Customer will cover any return shipping charges.   

We will accept items that are defective or if wrong product was received, within 30 days of purchase. In these cases, Imaging Spectrum will provide you with a shipping label to return the item at no charge to you.

Printers, pre treat machines, heat presses, and other capital equipment are not eligible for returns if shown to be in working order and have been set up to operate. For unopened equipment, return may be considered with a restocking and shipping fee to offset the expenses that have occurred with the transaction.

Imaging Spectrum does not accept returns on software products.
