Imaging Spectrum provides photographic printers, supplies, technical support, expert advice and consulting to imaging professionals in several photo, printing and graphic related industries. A note from the founder…
We would like our relationship with you to be a long term relationship. With that in mind, our mission is to “develop loyal customers by providing expert advice, quality products and services, and outstanding customer service.” Imaging Spectrum is an authorized dealer for most major professional printer and photographic related companies including: Sony, Epson, Kodak, Shinko, Mitsubishi, DNP, Noritsu, Nikon, Canon, Fuji, Rimage, HP and many others. We maintain a large inventory of printers, printer supplies and related products in our 12,000 square foot warehouse in Dallas, Texas. In addition, we have access to eleven other warehouses across the US. Our prices are very competitive, however, what we hope you come to love about Imaging Spectrum and what has set us apart from our competition is our ability and willingness to communicate with our customers. Our phones are answered by a human, usually in 2 rings or less. And whether it’s a technical or practical matter; such as “How do I load paper in my new printer” or “what’s the status of my online order that I placed last night?” – the staff at Imaging Spectrum operates with a sense of urgency – we want to earn and keep your business and your trust.
