		<description>Prints in Matte finish when you print off of card in the 10L but if prints in glossy from the PC no matter what mode the printer is set on.  Never gives a choice of Glossy or Matte on the PC.  Not sure what is going on.  I want to print from the PC but always get Glossy.  No sure what if going on.</description>
