@Mariam you can only update your firmware with a Windows PC. As far as the lines go, you should check your USB cable/connection.

Hello, I use Macintosh and i am still not sure how i can upgrade my snaplab firmware, also i have been having difficulties to print from my laptop directly, it prints lines only not the picture, can someone please help me?

I installed the new firmware but the paper choices do not include 4 x 8 on the driver. My driver is the latest version. Do I have to use the split image layouts or is there a new driver ?

@Mahlomola The firmware update is run from your computer. The snaplab needs to be connected to your computer with a USB cable. Feel free to call us if you need assistance.

Do I have to delete or format the CF on the machine or just install and it will upgrade. I’m using Windows XP?
